Obverse description Diademed bust of Phriapatius facing left, wearing the traditional Parthian kyrbasia (soft pointed cap), with a single-turn torque visible at the neck. The portrait displays the characteristic Hellenistic-influenced artistic style of early Parthian coinage, rendered with fine facial detail including a defined beard. The field is surrounded by a dotted border, and the overall flan is irregular as typical of hammered silver issues of this period.

Reverse description Archer deity or royal figure seated right upon an omphalos (sacred domed stone), depicted in the canonical early Parthian reverse type derived from the Arsacid dynastic coinage. The figure holds a bow and is shown in a composed, enthroned posture. A two-line Greek inscription flanks the central motif, reading ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ to the left and ΑΡΣΑΚΟY to the right, translating as 'Of King Arsakes,' asserting dynastic authority under the Arsacid title.
