Obverse description Diademed and bearded bust of Manuchtir IV facing left, the hair gathered in a prominent bunch above the head. The king is depicted in an elaborate draped garment with a beaded or scale-patterned collar visible at the neck. The portrait is rendered in the late Parthian-influenced style characteristic of Persis coinage of this period, with fine attention to the facial features and headdress. Aramaic inscription appears in the field.
