Obverse description Laureate head of Zeus facing right, rendered in bold archaic-influenced style typical of Achaian League coinage. The deity's mature, bearded visage is depicted with naturalistic detail, the laurel wreath encircling the head clearly articulated. The ethnic legend ΑΙΓΕΙΩΝ is inscribed in the field to the left of the portrait. A dotted border runs along the coin's periphery.

Reverse description Central Achaian League monogram (ΑΧ ligature) set within a laurel wreath, the wreath tied at the base. The name of the local magistrate, ΑΡΙ CΤΟ ΔΑ ΜΟC (Aristodamos), is distributed in abbreviated segments around the monogram within the wreath. The composition reflects the standardised reverse type of the Achaian League federal coinage as adopted by member city Aigion.
