Obverse description Displayed Silesian eagle with spread wings occupying the entire field, rendered in the crude hammered style typical of minor Silesian coinage. A small quartered heraldic shield is superimposed on the eagle's breast. No legend or inscription appears on this side. The flan is irregular in shape, characteristic of hand-struck heller-type coinage of the mid-sixteenth century.
