| Obverse description | Central field displays a large, boldly struck Gothic letter 'S' in relief, serving as the primary design element. The letter is rendered in a decorative medieval style with pronounced curves. The coin's irregular flan shows the characteristic rough edges typical of hammered coinage of the period. The surface exhibits natural aging consistent with a mid-sixteenth-century silver heller. |

| Additional information |
George Frederick I of Brandenburg-Ansbach administered Jägerndorf as guardian for his nephew George Frederick of Liegnitz during the early 1560s, a contested arrangement that reflected the tangled inheritance disputes among the Silesian Piast and Hohenzollern lines following the death of George of Brandenburg-Ansbach in 1543. These hellers represent the briefest administrative window of his direct authority over the duchy's mint.
