Obverse description A satyr depicted in kneeling-run posture facing left, rendered in fine archaic style relief. The figure holds a tunny fish by the tail in his raised right hand, a characteristic Kyzikene device emblematic of the city's maritime commerce on the Propontis. The satyr's musculature and posture are rendered with characteristic archaic vitality. No legend or inscription appears in the field.
