Reverse description Quadripartite incuse square filling the reverse field, divided into four roughly equal rectangular sections by a raised cross-shaped partition, characteristic of the punch-mark technique used in early archaic Greek coinage. The incuse impressions are deeply struck and irregular in depth, reflecting the primitive hammered technology of the period. No legend or inscription is present. The flan surface shows natural flow lines consistent with the electrum alloy.
