Obverse description Head of a male figure, likely a satyr or youthful deity, facing left in high relief, rendered in the archaic Greek style characteristic of Phokaian electrum coinage. The visage displays strong, naturalistically modeled features including a prominent brow, a broad nose, and full lips, with wavy hair swept back from the forehead. The portrait fills the broad, slightly convex flan with no border or legend, consistent with early fifth-century Greek fractional coinage. The surfaces retain a warm golden electrum luster with subtle die wear across the high points of the relief.
