Reverse description As a bracteate-style coin, the reverse presents a mirror-image incuse impression of the obverse design. The crowned eagle and shield motif of the Solothurn arms are visible in negative relief, with the flanking S and O initials appearing in reverse. The surface shows characteristic bracteate fabric with thin, irregular flan edges and typical hammered texture.
