Obverse description Central field dominated by a large quartered royal shield of Hungary, displaying the characteristic Hungarian arms: alternating horizontal bars (Árpád stripes) in the first and fourth quarters, the patriarchal double cross on a mount in the second quarter, and the Bohemian lion in the third quarter, with additional heraldic charges including what appears to be the Dalmatian leopard heads and the Moravian eagle. The shield is surmounted by a crowned helm with a royal crown above. The mint name KREMIZ appears to the left of the shield. The encircling legend reads MONETA WLADISLAI D G REX VNGARI with the engraver's mark TVRSO, all rendered in Gothic lettering between two beaded inner borders.

Reverse description Equestrian figure of Saint László (Ladislaus), the patron saint of Hungary, depicted as an armored knight on a caparisoned horse moving to the right, holding a lance or battle-axe aloft in his right hand. The horse is richly draped in decorative trappings, and the saint wears full plate armor with a crown visible on his helmet. To the upper left of the equestrian figure, a small oval shield bearing the Hungarian arms serves as a secondary heraldic device. The date 1506 appears to the left of the design. The surrounding legend reads SANCTVS LADISLAVS REX VNGARIE, separated by decorative stops and enclosed between beaded borders.
