Reverse description Shield-of-arms composition featuring three heraldic escutcheons arranged in a trefoil or triangular grouping: at upper left, an eagle (likely the arms of a Rhineland associate lord); at upper right, a horizontally barred shield; and at the base, a lion passant representing the lordship of Horn. A small central escutcheon or ornament occupies the junction of the three shields. The arrangement follows the standard multi-party Rhineland monetary union gulden reverse type. A beaded inner border encloses the arms, with the Latin monetary legend running in the outer margin.
Reverse script Latin (uncial)
Reverse lettering mONETA DO VERDIS
(Translation: Money of Weert.)
