| Obverse description | At the upper center, the bare-headed bust of King Haakon VII facing right is set within a circular frame, with the legend ·HAAKON·VII· NORGES KONGE· encircling it. The field is richly decorated with an elaborate wreath of oak leaves and pine cones in high relief. Below the portrait, the jubilee dates JUBILÆUM 1814-1914 appear in large lettering, with the crowned Norwegian Royal Coat of Arms flanked by two ribbon banners inscribed ALT FOR NORGE at the base. |

| Reverse description | The reverse features seven portrait busts of key figures from the 1814 Norwegian Constitutional Assembly arranged around a central circular medallion depicting the Eidsvoll building, labeled ·EIDSVOLD· with two stars and the date 1814. Christian Fredrik occupies a prominent circular frame at the top center, with the remaining figures — C.M. Falsen, W.F.K. Christie, G. Sverdrup, H. Wedel Jarlsberg, Wergeland, and Lundegaard — distributed around the field, each identified by a banner with their name. An open book in the lower center field bears the inscription KONGERIGET NORGES GRUNDLOV, and the engraver's name I. THRONDSEN appears at the very bottom.
