| Obverse description | A long cross pattée extends to the edge of the coin, dividing the circular field into four quarters and intersecting an inner reeded circle. Quarters 1 and 4 are ornamented with radiating spikes, while quarters 2 and 3 bear pellets. The city name CREMONA appears as a circumscribed legend in Latin characters between the inner reeded circle and the outer rim. |

| Reverse description | Within an inner reeded circle, the Gothic minuscule letter 'f', representing Emperor Frederick II, is displayed prominently in the center of the field, flanked on each side by a pellet and surmounted by a spike at approximately the 10 o'clock position. The surrounding legend, disposed between the inner reeded circle and the coin's outer rim, reads in Latin abbreviation referencing the imperial title of Frederick II. The design is characteristic of northern Italian communal coinage struck in the name of the Holy Roman Emperor. |
