| Obverse description | Within an inner reeded circle, an eagle displayed facing left with wings spread, head turned to the right — the so-called 'aquilino' type emblematic of Paduan lordship coinage. The bird is rendered in the bold, stylized manner typical of northern Italian hammered silver of the early fourteenth century. A circular legend in Latin uncial characters runs between the inner reeded circle and the outer border. |

| Reverse description | A bold long cross pattée extends to the inner reeded circle, dividing the reverse field into four quarters each containing a segment of the circular legend. At the terminus of the legend, a small heraldic shield of the Pfannberg family — the cognizance of Ulrich of Walsee, imperial vicar of Padua — appears flanked by decorative trefoils, identifying the issuing authority. The design reflects the administrative and feudal character of the brief Walsee lordship over the city. |
