| Obverse description | Central cross pattée with a downward-extending tail dividing the inner field, rendered in the Tournois tradition. The cross is surrounded by a circular inner legend in uncial Gothic lettering. The overall composition follows the standard gros tournois type adapted for the County of Evreux under Philip of Navarre, with the religious invocation legend encircling the central cross motif. |
