| Obverse description | A large royal crown occupies the central field, enclosed within a beaded inner circle. The crown is rendered in the Gothic style typical of late medieval Scandinavian coinage, with prominent fleurons and arched elements. A circular legend in Latin uncial script surrounds the beaded border, invoking the king's title across his three realms. A star-shaped ornament serves as a word divider within the inscription. The overall die work reflects the hammered technique characteristic of the Lund mint under Erik of Pommern. |
