Reverse description Britannia seated left crowns a kneeling figure of Industry with a laurel wreath, while three standing allegorical female figures representing the continents attend the scene to the right. The composition is set on a ground line with the legend arching around the upper border within a beaded rim, and engraver and mint inscriptions appear in the lower exergue.
