Obverse description A boldly rendered elephant, the dynastic emblem of the Western Ganga rulers, depicted in profile facing left in a naturalistic yet stylized manner. The animal is shown in a walking or striding posture with its trunk lowered, legs articulated in relief against a plain field. The overall execution is characteristic of South Indian hammered coinage of the medieval period, with a high-relief sculptural quality typical of the Gajapati pagoda series. The flan is irregular and slightly convex, consistent with hand-struck production. No inscriptions or legends are present on this side.

Reverse description The reverse features an elaborate floral or vegetal scroll design rendered in continuous curvilinear relief, forming a decorative pattern that fills the coin's field. Concentric wavy or looping bands of stylized foliage radiate from a central motif, a composition common to South Indian dynastic coinage of the medieval period. The design is deeply struck with bold relief, though the irregular flan causes some truncation at the periphery. No inscriptions or legends are present. The ornamental style reflects the artistic conventions of the Deccan region during the Western Ganga period.
