| Reverse description | An elaborate floriated cross pattée at centre, its arms terminating in decorative finials and ornamented with rosettes and fleurs-de-lis in the angles between the arms, all set within a polylobe inner circle richly decorated with trefoil and quatrefoil ornaments. The four quarters of the cross field are filled with floral and leaf motifs in the Gothic style. A Latin legend in Gothic lettering runs along the outer border between two beaded rims, invoking the threefold sovereignty of Christ. |
