Reverse description The reverse presents the votive legend VOT V MVLT X arranged in four lines within a laurel wreath, tied at the base, symbolizing imperial vows for the fifth anniversary of reign and anticipatory vows for the tenth. A mintmark appears in the exergue, identifying the Arelate (Arles) mint. The wreath is rendered in the conventional late Roman style, with the inscription fully enclosed within its border. Heavy wear and surface corrosion largely obscure the finer details of the wreath and exergual mintmark.
