Reverse description A legionary vexillum standard, its shaft set vertically at center, bearing the inscription VOT XX on the banner tablet and decorated with wreath motifs, flanked on either side by a seated captive figure rendered in a dejected posture, symbolizing Roman military supremacy over vanquished enemies. The reverse legend VIRTVS EXERCIT is distributed in the field to left and right of the standard, with the officina and mint marks appearing in the exergue. A beaded border frames the entire composition.
