| Reverse description | The personification of Constantinopolis seated enthroned facing, helmeted and draped, with her head turned to the right. In her right hand she holds a long sceptre, while her left hand supports a Victory standing on a globe; her right foot rests upon a ship's prow, symbolising naval dominion. The divided legend CONCORDI-A AVGG frames the type, expressing the harmony of the Augusti, with the officina and mintmark SMKA appearing in the exergue, denoting the first officina of the Cyzicus mint. |
