Reverse description Central field features a full-length frontal figure of Saint László (Ladislaus), patron saint of Hungary, standing erect in royal regalia, wearing a crown and long robes, holding a halberd or battle-axe in his right hand and an orb in his left. The figure is rendered in the flat, stylized hammered coinage tradition of the period. The date appears incorporated within or adjacent to the reverse legend. The design is enclosed within a beaded inner circle, with the Latin legend surrounding it separated by pellet and star stops.
