| Obverse description | Quartered shield displaying the Árpád dynastic stripes alternating with Angevin fleurs-de-lis, surrounded by six semicircular ornaments within a pearl border. The heraldic shield is centrally positioned in the field with no additional ornamentation between the semicircles and the inner pearl circle. The design follows the established Angevin florin tradition adopted by the Hungarian royal mint. The peripheral legend encircles the shield in Latin uncial script. |
