| Obverse description | Bare-headed effigy of Prince Willem-Alexander of Orange facing right, wearing a military uniform with epaulettes and decorations visible at the truncation. To the right of the bust, a stylized architectural rendering of the new wing of the Tweede Kamer (Dutch House of Representatives) building is depicted in the field, alongside the denomination '50 DAALDERS' in bold relief. The date '1992' appears in the lower field, and a small maker's mark is visible below the building. The peripheral legend reads 'PRINS VAN ORANJE 25 JAAR' to the left and 'OPENING NIEUWBOUW TWEEDE KAMER' to the upper right, with the dates '27 APRIL' and '28 APRIL' flanking the design. |

| Reverse description | Crowned Dutch coat of arms displayed at center, superimposed over a composite background divided into two registers: the upper half features the outline silhouette of a historic Dutch galleon under sail, symbolizing the Ship of State, while the lower half depicts the interior chamber of the Dutch Parliament. The design evokes the heraldic and maritime heritage of the Netherlands. The surrounding legend reads ''s-GRAVENHAGE, THUISHAVEN VAN NEERLANDS SCHIP VAN STAAT', referencing The Hague as the home port of the Ship of State. |

The term "fantasy" here carries specific meaning: this piece was never authorized by the Dutch state and has no legal tender status in the Netherlands. Produced privately to mark Willem-Alexander's 25th birthday in 1992, it occupies the same category as the numerous medallic "daalder" issues that Dutch private mints have long marketed to collectors willing to pay for royal occasions the official mint declined to commemorate.
