| Obverse description | Facing portrait of Prince Constantijn of the Netherlands as a young child, his smiling effigy rendered in low relief and occupying the central field. The circular legend reads 'CONSTANTIJN PRINS DER NEDERLANDEN' arcing around the upper portion of the coin, with the birth year '1969' positioned at the lower right. The portrait is informal and naturalistic in style, consistent with fantasy coin issues produced to commemorate members of the Dutch royal family. |
