Reverse description Multi-line Arabic-script legend boldly struck across the central field, reading the mint and date formula in a fluid Nasta'liq calligraphic style. The inscription records the denomination, mint name Panahabad, and the AH year 1198, disposed across three lines within a plain circular border. The scalloped flan edge is visible at the periphery, and the deeply cut letters show the characteristic uneven relief of hammered copper coinage. Diacritical points are present and clearly rendered. The overall layout fills the flan, with no decorative border between legend and rim.
