Obverse description Central field occupied by the Shahada in three lines of Kufic-influenced Arabic script, reading 'There is no god but God alone, He has no partner.' The surrounding marginal legend, struck in a continuous band around the field, records the mint formula: 'In the name of God, this fals was struck in Bukhara in the year seven and twenty and four hundred.' The flan is irregular and shows typical characteristics of hand-struck copper coinage, with moderate die wear and uneven strike. Decorative elements frame the central inscription field.
