Reverse description Central field displays a multi-line Kufic Arabic inscription arranged in horizontal registers, likely bearing the mint name, date, or additional religious formulae as was standard for Abbasid fals coinage of the late 8th century. A circular inner border encloses the central inscription, with a further marginal legend in Arabic script encircling the entire design. Small decorative elements are visible between the lines of text. The surface exhibits typical wear and die-struck irregularities consistent with provincial hammered copper coinage issued under Harun al-Rashid.
