Obverse description Central field dominated by a bold Arabic legend arranged within a decorative cartouche or rope-bordered frame, executed in a square Kufic or angular script style characteristic of Timurid copper coinage. The inscription, likely rendering the ruler's name or a religious formula, is rendered in high relief against a flat field. The flan is irregular and slightly clipped at the upper edge, consistent with hammered production. Surface shows extensive green and brown patination typical of copper issues from Central Asian mints of this period.
