Obverse description Irregular hammered copper flan bearing a dense arrangement of Arabic script in Naskh or Thuluth style occupying the central field, with floral and vegetal ornamental devices interspersed among the lettering. A border of raised pellets encircles the inner field, typical of late Timurid copper coinage. The legends, partially legible due to die wear and the irregular planchet, likely contain a pious invocation or the ruler's name and title. The surface displays characteristic green patination consistent with prolonged burial, with areas of raised relief showing original copper luster.
