| Reverse description | The reverse presents a multi-line Arabic inscription in Naskh script occupying the central field, with lines separated by horizontal rules and framed by a partial border. The text contains the Shahada or formulaic religious invocation alongside the ruler's titles, consistent with Ayyubid fals coinage of the Diyar Bakr region. The surface shows characteristic granular texture and uneven strike typical of hammered copper fulus of the 13th century AH period. The flan edge is irregular with a small chip visible at the lower right. |
