Not a banknote in any monetary sense — this is one of a series of privately produced novelty items that circulated as promotional or educational material in France during the lead-up to euro adoption. The "Eurosymboles" pieces were never legal tender, never issued by the Banque de France or the European Central Bank, and carry no Pick number. The guitar motif places this in a cultural-symbols subset of the series, distinct from the architectural themes the ECB chose for the actual euro notes.
