Reverse description The reverse of the encased token displays the reverse of the 1948 Canadian one-cent coin at centre, featuring a maple leaf sprig device with the denomination 1 CENT above and CANADA and date 1948 below, initialled K.G. The aluminium surround carries the lucky motto KEEP ME in the upper arc and NEVER GO BROKE in the lower arc, flanked by a horseshoe device on the left and a four-leaf clover device on the right.
