| Reverse description | Armored right-facing bust of Sigismund II Augustus, son of Sigismund I, rendered in a style closely mirroring the obverse portrait, wearing a crown and plate armor with a ruffled collar. The bust is set within a beaded inner circle and flanked by four heraldic cartouches at the cardinal points, repeating the dynastic and territorial arms of the Jagiellonian realm — including the Polish Eagle at the top — separated by ornamental pellets.
