Obverse description Armored and draped bust of Ferdinand II facing right, wearing a ruffled lace collar and a crown, rendered in the characteristic crude hammered style of early 17th-century Hungarian coinage. The portrait occupies the central field, with the abbreviated royal titulature arranged as a legend around the periphery. The lettering is separated by pellet stops and runs along the beaded inner border. The facial features and armored pauldron are rendered with modest relief typical of the Kremnica workshop of this period.
