Reverse description Felicitas, the personification of prosperity and good fortune, depicted standing to the left, draped in flowing robes. She extends a long winged caduceus upward in her right hand and holds a cornucopiae (horn of plenty) in her left, both attributes emblematic of her divine portfolio. The legend FELICITAS PVBLICA arcs across the upper field, while the senatorial authorization mark S C (Senatus Consultum) appears in the lower field, flanking the figure. The composition is typical of Flavian reverse iconography, rendered with competent workmanship characteristic of the Rome mint.
