Reverse description The personification of Felicitas Publica stands facing left in the central field, draped in a long stola, holding a caduceus in her right hand and a cornucopiae in her left, emblematic of prosperity and divine favour. The figure is rendered in the classical Flavian style with fine drapery folds. The senatorial authorisation mark S C (Senatus Consultum) flanks the figure in the field to either side. The surrounding legend FELICITAS PVBLICA is distributed around the periphery within a beaded border.
