Obverse description Radiate bust of Titus, draped and cuirassed, facing right, rendered in the Flavian portrait style characteristic of the early 70s AD. The radiate crown, composed of pointed rays, distinguishes this denomination as a dupondius. The legend encircles the effigy along the beaded border, reading T CAES IMP PON TR P COS II CENS. The portrait displays fine engraving of facial features and hair, consistent with official mint production under Vespasian.
