Obverse description Radiate head of Emperor Titus facing right, rendered with characteristic short curly hair and a wreath of laurel rays, the portrait executed in the naturalistic Flavian style typical of Roman Imperial coinage. The effigy displays strong facial features with a broad brow and firm jaw, befitting the imperial dignity. The encircling legend runs clockwise from the lower left, framing the portrait within the field.
