| Obverse description | Draped bust of Vibia Sabina facing right, the hair elaborately arranged in a queue at the nape and adorned with a stephane, with a possible corn wreath entwined in the coiffure. The imperial portrait is rendered in the classicising Hadrianic style, presenting a dignified and idealised effigy of the empress. The circumferential legend is incuse in Latin capital letters, reading SABINA AVGVSTA HADRIANI AVG P P. |
