Reverse description The winged goddess Victoria is depicted striding left in full figure, her body rendered with graceful drapery flowing behind her. She extends her right hand forward holding a wreath, while her left hand carries a long palm branch resting against her shoulder — the twin emblems of victory and triumph. The senatorial authorisation mark S C (Senatus Consultum) flanks the figure in the field to either side. The legend VICTORIA AVGVSTI arcs along the left border, with the numeral II appearing in the lower exergual area, denoting the second issue of this type.
