Reverse description Central legend CA enclosed within a double linear circle, the whole surrounded by a wreath composed of rostra (ship prows) and laurel leaves — a distinctive motif evoking Roman naval supremacy. The wreath is rendered with careful detail, its components alternating around the circumference. This reverse type is characteristic of the early Augustan bronze coinage struck in the East, likely in a Spanish or eastern provincial mint, and underscores both military and civic iconography.
