Obverse description Armored bust of Peter III facing right, wearing a cuirass with decorative collar and epaulette visible at the shoulder. The effigy is rendered in a bold, high-relief style characteristic of mid-18th century Russian imperial coinage. The circular Cyrillic legend surrounds the portrait, reading ПЕТР·III·Б·М·IМПЕРАТОРЪ·, with the mint mark СПБ (St. Petersburg) positioned in the lower field beneath the bust truncation.

Reverse description A crowned double-headed eagle displayed in the center of the field, each head surmounted by an imperial crown and the whole beneath a large central crown. A heraldic shield bearing the St. George and dragon motif is affixed to the eagle's breast. The date 1762 is divided by the eagle's wings in the upper portion of the field, and the Cyrillic legend completing the imperial title runs along the circumference.
