| Obverse description | Laureate and draped bust of Tsar Peter I facing right, wearing a laurel wreath with visible foliage, the effigy rendered in a bold, somewhat archaic style characteristic of early Petrine coinage. A circular Cyrillic legend surrounds the portrait, reading ЦРЬ ПЕТРЬ АЛЕѮИЕВIЧЬ (Tsar Peter Alexeyevich), running along the inner border. The coin's rim is defined by a fine beaded border. The portrait reflects the transitional artistic influence of Western European medallic traditions introduced under Peter the Great's reign. |

| Reverse description | A crowned Russian Imperial double-headed eagle displayed in the centre of the field, with both heads facing outward and wings spread, surmounted by a single Imperial crown above. The eagle holds a sceptre in one talon and an orb in the other, consistent with Petrine-era iconography. A Cyrillic circular legend surrounds the eagle reading ВСЕЯРУССИИ САМОДЕРЖЕЦ (Autocrat of All Russia), with the Slavonic numeral date inscribed in the exergue or field. The composition closely follows the established iconographic tradition of the Russian Imperial eagle as adapted for trade ducat coinage. A fine beaded border frames the design. |
