Reverse description The reverse presents a rectangular cartouche with ornately scrolled foliate borders at the top, bottom, and sides, framing a four-line Cyrillic inscription in bold raised lettering. The legend reads 'НЕ НАМЪ, НЕ НАМЪ, А ИМЯНИ ТВОЕМУ' (Not unto us, not unto us, but unto Thy name), a Biblical quotation from Psalm 115:1, chosen by Emperor Pavel I as a motto reflecting religious humility. The mint marks 'С.М.' (St. Petersburg Mint) and 'Г.Л' (mintmaster initials) appear in the lower portion of the cartouche, flanking the final line of the inscription. The decorative frame with its scrollwork gives the reverse a distinctly heraldic and ecclesiastical character. The entire design is enclosed within the coin's toothed outer border.
