| Obverse description | Draped bust of Empress Catherine II facing right, her hair elaborately coiffed and adorned with a small crown, set within a plain field. The Cyrillic legend encircles the effigy along the upper periphery, reading Б·М·ЕКАТЕРИНА·II·ІМПЕРАТРИЦА·, while the mint mark СПБ appears in the lower field beneath the truncation. The portrait is rendered in a refined neoclassical style consistent with late 18th-century Imperial Russian coinage. |
