Obverse description Bust of Yazdgerd III in right profile at center, set within a double circular border of pellets. The king wears an elaborate Sasanian crown surmounted by a winged globe and a crescent, with ribbon ties flanking the diadem. His hair is rendered in voluminous curls framing the face, and a beaded necklace is visible at the bust truncation. Pahlavi inscriptions appear in the left and right fields, with an additional legend segment at the lower margin of the inner border.

Reverse description Central Zoroastrian fire altar depicted in full, with flames rising from the altar table supported on a stepped base, flanked by two attendants standing in profile facing the altar and holding staffs or barsom bundles. The entire composition is enclosed within a double circular border of pellets. Pahlavi inscriptions appear in the left and right fields denoting the mint abbreviation and regnal year, with an additional symbol at the lower margin outside the inner border.
