| Obverse description | Diademed and bearded bust of Wadfradad IV facing left, wearing a Parthian-style tiara adorned with two pellet-in-crescent devices. The bust is rendered in low relief in the local Persis artistic tradition, with the king's regalia clearly articulated. Aramaic inscription appears in the right field. The flan is irregular and slightly compact, consistent with hand-struck silver coinage of the region. |

| Reverse description | Radiate bust of the solar deity Mithra facing left, diademed, rendered in low hammered relief. The radiate crown, composed of multiple pointed rays, is a hallmark iconographic attribute identifying the deity. The field is plain, and the flan edges are irregular, typical of the hand-struck silver coinage produced in the Persis region during the late Parthian period. |
