Obverse description Bust of Vologases I facing left, depicted with a long, elaborately striated beard and hair arranged in multiple horizontal rows beneath a tiara or soft cap adorned with a dotted diadem. The king wears a torque at the neck and draped robes with incised folds, rendered in the characteristic late Parthian style. A prominent looped earring is visible behind the ear. The portrait is enclosed within a plain inner border surrounded by a beaded outer border, with no legend on the obverse.
